The purpose of the South Shore Select (Triple-S), a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization, was created to firmly instill the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for self, and fellow citizen, in order to ensure that our young people may be well-adjusted as strong and empowered students, and athletes who will develop to be successful, educated, healthy and trustworthy citizens. To achieve this objective, the South Shore Select, Inc will provide a supervised educational, enrichment, life mentorship and athletic program.
While we are a 7on7 football program, we strongly invite and encourage participation from everyone in the South Shore community and surrounding areas. Our founder, Josiah Davis, who is a father, husband, son, Real Estate Agent, Retired Navy Chief, Mentor, Coach and more, strongly believes that through recreation and organized activities, today’s young student athletes should be guided to a path of greatness, and not just told to be great.
We service student athletes from ages 10 years old to 12th Grade, in the Apollo Beach, Gibsonton, Riverview, Ruskin, Sun City, Wimauma, Manatee County and surrounding areas.
